Valentine’s Day Chair Choreo Workshop

February 11 at 7:00 - 8:30pm

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a little extra spice! Our Valentine’s Day Chair Choreo Workshop is designed to teach you sultry choreography using elements of chair dance. No chair acro experience is required—just come ready to move and have fun! Whether you’re celebrating Galentine’s Day with friends or prepping a special routine for your Valentine, this workshop is perfect for you. Comfortable clothing is recommended, but feel free to dress it up or bring heels!

Workshop:
Aerial FloorPlay™️

 Sat. Feb. 8th at 7:30pm

We explore mobility movement patterns as we incorporate a low hanging aerial apparatus. Gentle, fun, flowy and playful movements take the lead through this 90 minute session. Layers recommended, socks, shirts, leggings, with options to remove them as body heat increases. Water bottle, heels if desired. Knee pads recommended, and some studio items available to try. A limited number of knee pads available for purchase at the start of the workshop.

Workshop:
The Technique Behind the Tricks for Bar Apparatuses

Sundays at 2pm: 
2/2, 2/16, 3/9, 3/23

This technique session involves a hearty warm up leading into skill building for fundamental moves on bar apparatuses such as inverts from bent or straight arms, pikes, tucks, and straddles. Recommended attire is comfortable layers that allow freedom of movement and can be removed or added as desired. Water bottle, electrolytes, light snack, grip aid.

Choreography for Bar Apparatuses

Sundays at 2pm: 
2/9, 3/2, 3/16, 3/30

This aerial dance session involves a hearty warm up leading into the breakdown of moves that lend to graceful combos and sequencing. All attendees will work through the same series of moves at their own pace and comfort level. Recommended attire is comfortable layers that allow freedom of movement and can be removed or added as desired. Water bottle, electrolytes, light snack, grip aid.
