Sarah began her aerial training at Aerial Dragonfly at a lyra class as a New Year’s resolution in January of 2020, and it has since escalated from there. After training lyra, trapeze and pole with the inspiring staff of ADMS, she embarked on her own lyra instructor journey in early 2024. She enjoys introducing the discipline to people who have always wondered “what if?” and welcoming them to what possibilities there are in a playful and supportive way. When she is not training or teaching at the studio, she is spending time with her husband, and cutting hair at her hair salon.
